Delete account

This page explains how to delete your account and data on gustavoai.dev, the web platform and mobile app of Gustavo Torres Guerrero for private tutoring and online consulting.

What gets deleted

On confirmation, the following are permanently erased in a single operation:

• your account and personal details
• your bookings and entire class history
• your credit balance and packs
• your course progress and answers
• your payment records

Deletion is immediate and irreversible: no copy is kept and there is no grace period to recover the data. If you have any class starting within the next 2 hours, its Google Calendar event is also cancelled as part of the same process, with no right to a refund.

When it isn't available yet

To protect classes you have already paid for, deletion is blocked while:

• you hold unused credits in an active pack — write to contacto@gustavoai.dev and the remaining balance will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
• you have booked classes you can still cancel yourself — cancel them first from your personal area or with the link in your confirmation email.

Can't sign in?

If you have lost access to your Google account or another way to sign in, write to contacto@gustavoai.dev with the email address associated with your account, and the deletion will be handled for you.
